Senior Management Accountant | Group role | £50-53,000 + Car allowance + Bens

We are working with an innovative and acquisitive company who urgently need support to the Financial Controller. What You’ll Be Doing

• Take full ownership of monthly management accounts
• Ensure accuracy and control across P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasts
• Support group-level reporting to align financial insight and standards
• Business partner with non-finance stakeholders to drive informed decision-making
• Manage and mentor a team of four finance professionals
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
• Support the external audit process

About You

You’ll be a motivated and commercially minded finance professional with :

• CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualification
• Experience in a Senior Management Accountant or similar role
• Strong leadership and team development capability
• Confidence working with ERP, accounting systems and advanced Excel
• A full UK driving licence (preferred due to occasional travel)
