Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a qualified management accountant to lead the month-end close, deliver variance analysis and detailed performance reporting for senior stakeholders. You will mentor junior staff and partner with department heads on budgeting and forecasting to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
• 2–3 years’ experience in management accounting.
• Experience in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Confident communicator able to present financial information to non‑financial colleagues.
• Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A collaborative, professional approach and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing the month‑end process, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
