Job summary

Agincare in Southampton is seeking a fully qualified Senior Management Accountant to lead the month-end close, produce variance analysis, and deliver timely financial reports for senior stakeholders.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with department heads on budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement across systems to support strategic decision-making.

This is a full-time, on-site role in a dynamic finance environment within a growing care organisation.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• 23 years experience in management accounting.
• Experience in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Confident communicator able to present financial information to nonfinancial colleagues.
• Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A collaborative, professional approach and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities
