Job summary

Coalition is seeking an experienced Major Account Executive to own and grow a strategic enterprise book. You will navigate security-conscious buying committees, close multi-year enterprise commitments, and work with channel partners to drive large, high-ACV deals.

You will engage CISOs, CIOs, procurement, and legal teams, translating security risk to ROI, while maintaining accurate forecast and pipeline hygiene for long-cycle opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of closing experience in enterprise cybersecurity/SaaS.
• Ability to close deals upwards of $1M ARR and navigate 6+ month sales cycles.
• Experience navigating security procurement: SOC 2 / ISO 27001 diligence, security questionnaires, and legal reviews.
• Comfort presenting to security teams and executives, defending technical claims.
• Experience structuring and closing multi-year contracts (3-year terms).
• Hunter mentality leveraging relationships to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of major/strategic accounts across the full sales cycle.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees—security, IT, legal, procurement, and executives.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to run live technical evaluations and proofs of concept.
• Structure and negotiate enterprise contracts, prioritizing multi-year terms.
• Build business cases language for risk reduction and ROI; maintain forecast.
• Maintain account health and renewal readiness with Customer Success.
