Morrisons is seeking a Senior Property Manager – Maintenance Operations to lead regional maintenance, compliance, and service delivery across a wide supermarket and convenience portfolio. You will provide strategic financial oversight, drive continuous improvements, and ensure safety and reliability across all stores and sites.

Reporting to the Property Director, you will manage external partners, coordinate central support, and guide incident response and business continuity for 200+ delivery

Competenze

• Extensive leadership experience in property maintenance and facilities management.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, health and safety, and CDM regulations.
• Proven ability to oversee large-scale operational spend and budgets.
• Experience managing supplier performance and external contractors.
• Excellent relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.

Mansioni

• Lead regional maintenance, compliance, and operations teams to deliver high standards.
• Exercise financial authority over maintenance spend and budgets to drive costs and profitability.
• Ensure safety and compliance across all stores and sites in collaboration with H&S and procurement.
• Manage primary maintenance providers and external supply chain partners, drive KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee work order resolution, triage accuracy, escalations, and incident response with central teams.
• Lead 7-day operational support, incident response, and business continuity for 200+ service delivery teams.
• Coordinate seasonal maintenance campaigns and store-level workstreams like trolley management.
• Drive the transition to new maintenance models and contract routines.
