Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Property Manager - Logistics Maintenance to lead end-to-end maintenance across logistics facilities at our Head Office. You will drive service delivery, KPI performance, and financial oversight, partnering with internal teams and key service partners to deliver a robust capital plan.

You will manage large-scale capital programs, ensure compliance and health & safety standards, and build consensus with logistics leadership, finance and external authorities where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within maintenance/logistics/property.
• Industry-recognised programme and project management qualifications.
• A-level or degree-level qualification is preferable.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and CAPEX exposure.
• Experience delivering large-scale capital workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end maintenance service delivery, KPI performance and business continuity for assets.
• Manage day-to-day projects, ad-hoc work, BER replacements and major capital projects.
• Own CAPEX budgets, report on programmes and financial implications.
• Collaborate with partners to build a 3–5 year capital plan.
• Support incident recovery and ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Conduct site reviews and drive continuous improvement for value-for-money.
• Engage stakeholders across logistics, finance and construction partners.
