Job description
Job Description

Ready to lead engineering excellence at one of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects? Want to shape the future of nuclear energy and help Britain achieve net zero? At EDF, Success is Personal – and with us, your career journey is yours to shape.

The Opportunity

As Senior Logistics Programme Integration Manager, you’ll be at the centre of the UK’s most ambitious nuclear new build programme, supporting the delivery of Hinkley Point C and shaping the future of Sizewell C. You’ll help coordinate the logistics needs of multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring their requirements are fully integrated into a seamless, end‑to‑end operation that underpins the success of Europe’s largest construction project.

You’ll join a team pioneering industry‑leading logistics solutions on a national scale. With 22,000 people contributing to Hinkley Point C and tens of thousands more supported across Britain, your work will directly influence how materials move efficiently from suppliers to site – ultimately helping deliver the zero‑carbon electricity that will power around six million homes.

This is a hybrid role based at Hinkley Point C, with flexibility to work from home, though regular on‑site presence will be essential to stay close to the fast‑moving demands of the project. It’s a rare chance to influence a nationally significant infrastructure programme, working alongside engineering, construction and delivery teams to keep the project moving with clarity and purpose.

Who You Are
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience engaging Director and C‑Suite stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across complex organisational boundaries.
  • Deep logistics and warehouse expertise, with experience in major capital or highly regulated industries.
  • Proven leadership of logistics or supply chain planning teams at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical and data management capability, able to interpret imperfect data and identify patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering change across large, integrated project environments.
  • Ability to apply logistics and planning frameworks to drive strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree, with nuclear sector experience an advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Working across multiple HPC projects and programmes to consolidate logistics demand and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Aligning short‑term logistics plans with capacity constraints in partnership with senior logistics leaders and recommending the medium‑term logistics baseline to the Head of Logistics.
  • Ensuring high‑quality data inputs by collaborating with functional data owners and the integrated planning team.
  • Building effective relationships with internal teams and 3PL partners to strengthen logistics delivery and team coordination.
  • Developing and delivering KPIs that support construction needs, while shaping and leading a high‑performing logistics integration team.
  • Defining and updating the logistics demand baseline and delivery plan by aggregating inputs from multiple sources.
  • Identifying and communicating risks, gaps and constraints across all planning horizons, coordinating owners for mitigation and monitoring progress.
  • Driving continuous improvement, ensuring governance compliance, supporting recruitment, and role‑modeling HPC and EDF values.
Pay, Benefits and Culture

Alongside a starting salary from £80,000, potential for an annual bonus, and a market‑leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days, and more.
