Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Learning Management System Manager to lead our LMS across Trusts. This Band 7 role focuses on reliable systems, high-quality data and guiding future digital learning initiatives.

You will oversee mandatory training configuration, compliance reporting and dashboards, turning complex data into clear insights for managers and committees. A collaborative, cross-Trust role with two London hospitals is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing LMS platforms.
• Ability to translate data into reporting for senior leaders.
