• National Qualifications Framework Level 2, or equivalent, in English and Maths.
• Degree level IT qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert LMS advice, including configuration and ongoing requirements.
• Design and personalise the LMS, including competency frameworks and value-for-money improvements.
• Collaborate with ICT/ESR and other services to ensure LMS integration with other systems.
• Produce, maintain and update SOPs for LMS management and usage.
• Line manage the Digital Apprentice within Learning and Development.
