Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an LMS EDeveloper to lead the design, personalisation and ongoing development of the Learning Management System across the organisation.

The role involves expert guidance, collaboration with ICT/ESR, and the creation of competency frameworks, with line management responsibility for the Digital Apprentice. Internal candidates may be considered for secondment and interview success requires approvals from current line managers.

Qualifications

• Provide expert guidance on the LMS, its use, development and ongoing requirements.
• Lead design and personalisation of the LMS, including competency frameworks.
• Collaborate with ICT/ESR to ensure the LMS links with other systems.
• Update standard operating procedures for LMS management.

Responsibilities

• Give expert LMS guidance across the organisation.
• Design and personalise the LMS and competency frameworks.
• Work with ICT/ESR to integrate the LMS with other systems.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for LMS management.
• Manage the Learning and Development Officer - Digital Apprentice.
