Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Learning Management System Manager (Band 7) to lead the LMS across two Trusts. The role focuses on reliable systems, data-driven insights and future developments, with responsibilities spanning two sites in London.

The role requires postgrad education or equivalent, experience with Totara, and strong stakeholder engagement. Flexible onsite/remote working is available within service requirements.

Qualifications

• Education to postgraduate level or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of training in e-learning design and use of rapid authoring tools.
• Qualification in education, training or learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, development and optimisation of the LMS and digital learning infrastructure.
• Oversee mandatory training configuration, compliance reporting and dashboards.
• Develop digital learning solutions with accessible, engaging experiences.
• Drive digital innovation including AI and emerging learning technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet current and future learning needs.
• Manage and develop the Digital Learning and LMS team to deliver high-quality service.
