Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust seeks an entry‑level Digital Learning Assistant to support the Learning Management System and develop engaging digital learning content for staff.

You will work with the Digital Learning Team within POD, maintaining courses, supporting users, checking data quality and helping create accessible, visually engaging materials for clinical, non-clinical and business needs.

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level level or proven experience with detailed evidence of working at this level.
• Experience with multimedia and online learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Go Animate and Adobe design products.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Evidence of IT knowledge and skills aligned with local and national initiatives.
• Previous Learning Management software experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop digital learning content and LMS courses.
• Support users and check data quality for courses and materials.
• Create accessible, engaging digital learning resources with guidance from the POD team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve digital learning across services.
