Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Senior Library Assistant to help deliver services, maintain a constructive study environment, and develop library spaces at the Law Library. The role includes supervising the library help desk and supporting the Library User Services Team.

The successful candidate will train staff, resolve user access issues, and contribute to user services procedures while upholding Customer Service Excellence standards.
