Job summary

Spicerhaart Sutton is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator with a passion for property and strong sales drive to join the team. You will negotiate offers, manage viewings from initial contact to completion, and build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle) is required.
• Proven customer service track record and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work on own initiative and deliver results.
• Strong communication via telephone and in-person interactions.
• Proficient in basic IT/Microsoft packages and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers; arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and close sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Market properties to buyers using various marketing channels.
• Generate new and repeat business; canvassing the local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.
• Attend to interviews and recruitment steps as required.

A day in the life of a Senior Sales Negotiator

• Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
