haart Estate Agents in Clacton is recruiting a driven Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No prior property experience is required as full training, coaching and support will be provided to build knowledge and confidence in landlord/tenant relations, viewings, and tenancy processes.

You will begin with two weeks of training at our Learning & Development Centre, with progression opportunities and a strong commission scheme. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• No previous property experience required; full training provided.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Must have access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Clacton, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Additional bonus scheme
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
