Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Blackheath is seeking a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No lettings experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop skills and progress within a growing company.

Your two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester will cover industry-leading training with a fully-paid hotel stay. The role involves marketing properties, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and supporting landlords and tenants.

• Full-time role with structured training and development.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within a successful and growing company.

As a Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Blackheath , you will receive:

• £28000-£30000 OTE per year


• Uncapped commission


• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
