Job summary

Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Hackney is seeking a Lettings Branch Manager to lead the lettings team, drive growth and deliver outstanding landlord and tenant experiences. You will coach the team, manage KPIs, and focus on generating new and repeat business within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and at least 2 years in residential lettings at a senior level, with a strong emphasis on compliance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
• Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with landlords, tenants and suppliers.
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team.
• Coach the team to achieve KPIs and drive performance.
• Monitor and assess individual team member performance including one-to-ones.
• Generate new and repeat business and develop client relationships.
• Negotiate offers and secure new tenancies.
• Ensure compliance and risk management across regulatory bodies.

A day in the life of a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Hackney

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Hackney

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.

• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
