United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Learning & Enablement Manager in London, hybrid. You will shape global L&D strategy, lead both strategic and hands-on enablement delivery, and manage a small enablement team.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a data-driven approach to impact learning outcomes. You will design, deliver and optimise training across product, industry and commercial functions, driving ROI and ensuring scalable programmes aligned with

Qualifications

• A strong track record of developing learning strategies while remaining hands-on in designing and delivering engaging in-person and virtual programmes.
• Experience supporting B2B customer-facing teams, with sales enablement exposure.
• Familiarity with SPICED or similar sales enablement methodologies is beneficial.
• Data-informed approach to learning, using feedback and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a holistic global L&D strategy aligned with business goals and GTM objectives.
• Lead the vision and roadmap for technical product enablement across internal teams.
• Lead the vision and roadmap for commercial enablement across customer-facing teams.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical enablement plans and personally contribute to execution.
• Ensure learning initiatives are inclusive, scalable, and adaptive to change.
• Own and manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships and platform renewals.
• Report to SLT on the status and impact of training initiatives.
• Hands-on delivery: lead facilitator and trainer across the business.
• Design and facilitate live and virtual training across product, industry, commercial, and role-specific areas.
• Build training materials: facilitator guides, presentations, exercises, e-learning content, assessments, certifications, toolkits, resources.
• Adapt facilitation for basic to advanced learners.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching, role-plays and practical exercises.
• Own cross-departmental enablement planning and align with product and GTM milestones.
• Partner with leaders to develop role, vertical, ICP and use-case learning paths.
• Refresh and deploy blended learning pathways.
• Partner with regional leaders to ensure consistency across geographies.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to support manager coaching.
• Embed learning into performance reviews and promotion pathways.
