Patsnap is seeking a Senior Learning & Enablement Manager to shape global L&D strategy, lead a small enablement team, and personally design and deliver training across product, commercial and GTM functions.

This hybrid London role balances strategic direction with hands-on delivery, owns budgets and platforms, translates complex concepts into practical learning experiences, and reports to senior leadership on impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in learning and development, sales enablement, or related role.
• Hands-on in designing and delivering engaging in-person and virtual programmes.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS, technology, data, IP, or innovation-led organisations is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data-informed approach using learning tech and performance measures.
• You translate complex product, technical and commercial concepts into practical learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a holistic global L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the vision and roadmap for technical product enablement across internal teams.
• Own cross-department enablement planning and prioritise delivery.
• Design and deliver live and virtual training across product, industry and commercial skills.
• Lead a small team of enablement specialists and manage budget and platforms.
• Report to SLT on the status and impact of training initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions and practical exercises.
• Ensure learning initiatives are inclusive and scalable.
