Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a senior Learning Experience Specialist to design and evolve modern learning experiences while shaping governance across the learning ecosystem. The role covers digital, blended and performance support, with a focus on outcomes and regulatory alignment.

You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders, mentor designers, and drive learning analytics to demonstrate business impact. Flexible UK location with travel to Nottingham and Wimbledon as required.

Qualifications

• Advanced instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with global stakeholders and learning ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the future learning vision and operating model for D&G.
• Design, develop and implement learning solutions across digital, blended and performance support formats.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps and solutions.
• Define and evolve learning design methodologies, standards and frameworks.
• Establish governance for consistency and scalability.
• Evaluate new learning technologies and AI tools.
• Serve as SME for learning technology ecosystem.
• Apply human-centred design to learner experiences.
• Develop learning solutions using media (eLearning, simulations, video, audio).
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, standards and branding guidelines.
• Use learning analytics to show business impact.
• Participate in QA and continuous improvement.
• Coach instructional designers and learners professionals.
• Build relationships with global stakeholders across UK, Europe and US.
• Manage multiple complex projects through full lifecycle.
