This hands-on role requires navigating fast-paced transformation, influencing leadership decisions, shaping organisational design, and developing talent and succession pipelines across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP experience in growth, transformation or change.
• Partner with senior leaders in fast-paced environments across multiple regions.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into people solutions.
• Experience across performance, talent development and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across EMEA.
• Translate business priorities into People & Culture solutions.
• Support leaders in fast-moving environments with people-focused decisions.
• Own workforce planning and headcount management end-to-end.
• Lead talent development, succession planning and performance cycles.
• Coach leaders on people management and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Development, Compensation & Benefits and Culture teams.
