Job summary

Patsnap in London is seeking a Senior Learning & Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end design and delivery of global learning programmes, spanning product knowledge and commercial best practices. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on content creation, facilitation and coaching to drive measurable impact.

You will lead a small enablement team, manage budgets and platforms, and report to senior leadership on L&D performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in learning and development, sales enablement, product enablement, or a related role within a growing, international organisation.
• Proven ability to develop and implement global L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
• Hands-on design, delivery and facilitation of live and virtual enablement sessions across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a holistic global L&D strategy aligned with Patsnap's business goals and GTM objectives.
• Lead the vision and roadmap for technical product enablement across all internal teams.
• Lead the vision and roadmap for commercial enablement across all customer-facing teams, including SPICED sales framework.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical enablement plans and personally contribute to their execution.
• Own cross-department enablement planning and align training with product and GTM milestones.
• Partner with leaders to develop role- and use-case specific learning paths and ensure scalable, repeatable enablement.
