Job summary

The role leads end-to-end delivery of the Product Excellence Bootcamp and builds practical, outcome-focused training for Product Managers across development stages.

You'll facilitate, coach, and craft materials that translate learning into observable improvements in decision quality, partnering with Product Leaders

Qualifications

• Senior product management professional with proven track record designing and delivering hands-on training for product professionals.
• Experience crafting bootcamps or academies is highly desirable.
• Strong facilitation skills with senior, experience-rich audiences.
• Ability to translate learning into observable improvements in product practice and decision quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Management Bootcamp—build, facilitate, and deliver the organisation's Product Excellence Bootcamp.
• Run multiple cohorts per year with live sessions, workshops, and simulations.
• Ensure content is practical, aligned to strategy, and applicable to day-to-day PM roles.
• Lead ongoing learning delivery and reinforcement to embed capabilities in teams.
• Coach and support senior PMs and product leads to apply learning in real work.
