Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Product Management Training & Enablement to design and deliver hands-on training across the organisation. You will own the Product Excellence Bootcamp and tailor learning for different PM levels, ensuring practical application and observable improvements in product practice.

Leading live sessions, workshops, and coaching, you will drive consistency of training material aligned with enterprise standards and collaborate with Product

Qualifications

• Senior experience in product management (Senior PM, Lead PM or equivalent).
• Validated experience crafting and delivering training to product or delivery professionals.
• Strong facilitation skills with senior, experience-rich audiences.
• Deep practical knowledge across product discovery, strategy, and delivery.
• Credibility to challenge, coach, and teach experienced Product Managers.
• Strongly desirable: Experience running formal product bootcamps or academies; Train-the-trainer accreditation.
• Experience embedding learning in large, sophisticated organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own the build, facilitation, and delivery of the organisation’s Product Excellence Bootcamp.
• Deliver multiple bootcamp cohorts per year: live instructor-led sessions, workshops, simulations, and practical exercises.
• Design and deliver standalone training modules across product rigors: discovery, strategy, roadmapping, customer engagement.
• Tailor delivery for different audiences (new PMs, Senior PMs, Product Leads) and build credibility as an internal authority.
• Provide coaching to reinforce training themes and ensure application of learning in teams.
