Job summary

SES S.A Brazil in London, UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning and Development to design and deliver programs that build capabilities across the sales organization and broader functions. Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Learning & Development, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning & development, with evidence of program design and scale.
• Experience applying Korn Ferry methodologies and leading capability-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and improve sales onboarding and enablement programs across functions.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions for sales and other audiences.
• Apply Korn Ferry methodologies for capability development and career growth.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, Marketing, and SMEs to identify capability gaps and craft targeted solutions.
• Provide coaching focused on selling skills, product knowledge, and performance improvement.
• Coordinate sales meetings, workshops, and other enablement events with agendas and follow-ups.
• Create and maintain practical enablement content, playbooks, and communication plans.
• Measure training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Promote continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and growth across the org.
