The Financial Ombudsman Service is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Adviser in London Docklands. This permanent hybrid role is 35 hours per week, with salary from £42,445.

You will design and deliver leadership and organisation-wide learning, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders, and manage external partners and induction programmes. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a learning and development environment.
• Experience managing high-impact L&D projects from design to evaluation.
• Strong project management capabilities with multi-strand programmes.
• Advanced stakeholder management with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning tools.
• Experience facilitating training sessions online and in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of high-impact L&D solutions end-to-end.
• Work with HR and senior stakeholders to align learning with goals.
• Manage external partners and oversee corporate induction.
• Act as a key contact for sponsorship requests and complex queries.
• Mentor L&D team members and champion inclusive learning culture.
