Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-person and virtual workshops and training sessions.
• Develop and maintain L&D documentation and reports.
• Serve as central point of contact for L&D enquiries via Workday.
• Coordinate logistics for on-site training: travel, venue, hotel, rooms and equipment.
• Prepare and distribute learning materials and attendance logs.
• Support budget management and processing external bookings.
• Liaise with internal teams to deliver external and internal programmes.
