Job summary

TipTopJob invites an experienced Supported Living Registered Manager to lead two services in Birmingham and Coventry, delivering person-centred care to adults with complex needs. You will ensure CQC compliance, drive improvement, and mentor multidisciplinary teams while managing budgets and relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners.

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it) is required, with travel between sites and a monthly salary package

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Registered Manager or Service Manager in Supported Living.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, governance and CQC regulations.
• Ability to develop and lead multidisciplinary teams through coaching and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership across Supported Living services.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding quality standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams through coaching, supervision and performance management.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, audits, governance and quality assurance processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with Local Authorities, ICBs, Commissioners and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, occupancy levels and service performance.
• Promote a culture focused on dignity, respect, inclusion and person-centred care.
