Midway Care Group is seeking an experienced Locality Manager to oversee our Solihull supported living services, empowering adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs to lead fulfilling lives while maintaining high standards of care.

You will provide strategic and day-to-day management, ensure CQC compliance, develop person-centred care plans, recruit and develop a dedicated team, and build strong relationships with service users, families and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing supported living services or similar settings.
• Strong leadership and compassionate approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for our supported living service.
• Ensure services meet CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain person-centred care plans that promote independence and choice.
• Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.
• Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and key stakeholders.
• Take on the responsibility of Registered Manager for the service; ensure safeguarding protocols and relevant legislation are adhered to.
• Drive continuous improvement and address service shortfalls proactively.
• Respond to new referrals, complete thorough assessments, and ensure service occupancy targets are met.
• Monitor staff performance, provide supervision, and support professional development.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the service.
