Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Supported Living Registered Manager to lead two services located in Birmingham and Coventry. You will drive person-centred care for adults with complex support needs and ensure high standards of governance and compliance.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it), a proven track record as a Registered Manager, and the ability to develop multidisciplinary teams while managing budgets and

Qualifications

Proven experience as Registered Manager in Supported Living (essential).
Experience with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health or complex behaviours.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and governance.

Responsibilities

Provide inspirational leadership across two Supported Living services.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.
Drive continuous improvement and outstanding quality standards.
Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams through coaching and performance management.
Oversee safeguarding, risk management, audits and governance processes.
Build relationships with Local Authorities, ICBs, Commissioners and external stakeholders.
Manage budgets, occupancy levels and service performance.
Promote a culture of dignity, respect and person-centred care.
