Job summary

Brook Street is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead Supported Living and Community Supported Living services in Birmingham. The role focuses on delivering person-centred outcomes for adults with autism spectrum disorder, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.

You will ensure regulatory compliance (CQC), lead and develop teams, oversee care planning, risk management, and budgeting, and drive service growth with strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience managing Supported Living services.
• Strong understanding of autism and complex needs.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with budgets, rotas, and quality assurance.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
• Previous Registered Manager experience.
