Job summary

Brook Street is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead Supported Living and Community Supported Living services in the Smethwick/Birmingham area, supporting adults with autism, complex needs and challenging behaviours. This role focuses on compliance, person-centered care and service development.

You will oversee care planning, budgeting, staff development, and regulatory compliance with CQC standards, while building strong relationships with families and professionals to drive

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience managing Supported Living services.
• Strong understanding of autism and complex needs.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with budgets, rotas, and quality assurance.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead Supported Living and Community Supported Living services supporting adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
