BDO UK is seeking a talented Learning Implementation professional to support the delivery of audit L&D programmes across the UK. You will manage logistics, scheduling, supplier and venue coordination, and keep curriculums updated on our learner management system.

You will join a team focused on delivering high-quality learning experiences, working with cross-functional stakeholders and adapting to varying programme needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with course management and L&D activities is beneficial.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to improve learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistical elements of programmes including planning, scheduling and venues.
• Coordinate with Audit Stream operations and stakeholders to align event timings.
• Support curriculum onboarding onto the learner management system.
• Provide coordination for Faculty programme and tutor pool logistics.
• Assist with course calendar management and booking of training rooms/venues.
• Support evaluation, reporting and budget monitoring for programmes.
