Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Senior Manager to lead programme development for audit training and learning initiatives across the UK. You will collaborate with L&D colleagues and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact learning interventions that align with business objectives.

You will coach junior team members, drive initiatives like the Learning Library and Learning Culture, and contribute to on-site and remote delivery as needed within a national framework.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager with a background in programme development.
• Audit experience or experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Formal L&D qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential (dependent on proven experience).
• Strong relationship, collaboration and coaching skills required.
• Ability to translate learning needs into objectives and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate impactful learning solutions for Audit curriculum to meet learner needs and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain business relationships to translate objectives into effective learning interventions.
• Lead a portfolio of programmes and support team activities, including coaching junior members and developing Learning Library and Learning Culture.
• Introduce innovative approaches to learning design and drive change where needed.
