Senior Key Account Manager - Subscriptions

Location: London

Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 + £40k (Uncapped Commission) + Excellent Benefits

Industry-leading media business seeks a highly accomplished Senior Key Account Manager to manage a high-value subscription client base.

The Senior Subscription Sales Manager will work across 60-70 leading accounts covering the Americas region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of 60-70 accounts, focusing on client retention and growth.
  2. Provide excellent account management support to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
  3. Identify and develop upsell opportunities within existing client relationships.
  4. Develop strategic account plans to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  5. Manage sales pipelines and forecast accurately.
  6. Utilize an account management renewal sales process to match customer journey with their product, demonstrating competitive advantage, especially in mergers and acquisitions.
Attributes:
  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a portfolio of B2B subscriptions for senior executives.
  2. Proven track record of delivering retention and account growth, ideally within telecoms or finance sectors.
  3. Ability to generate and maintain a healthy pipeline, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  4. Highly motivated, self-directed, results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  5. Excellent communication skills with senior executives and ability to work within a young media business.
  6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  7. Ambitious with a desire to drive sales team and company growth.
