Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client portfolio. You will be the first technical contact, handling incidents across hardware, software and networks, and visiting client sites for on-site troubleshooting and maintenance.

Experience with Cyber Essentials, GDPR, Intune management and remote monitoring, plus a strong networking background, will help you excel in a fast-moving MSP environment. Excellent communication and Windows/macOS support are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Intune device management and remote monitoring tools.
• Strong networking background.
• Windows Server security and policy administration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience supporting both Windows and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support as the first point of technical contact.
• Resolve hardware, software and network-related incidents.
• Attend client premises for troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance.
• Process and manage support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress and resolutions.
• Escalate urgent matters when necessary.
• Monitor customer systems and infrastructure health.
• Maintain technical records and documentation.
• Assist with planned projects and deployments.
• Respond to high-priority support requests.
