Job summary

Emplyfy, a UK-based technology services provider, seeks a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client portfolio within a fast-moving MSP. You will deliver first-line technical support, manage incidents, and attend client premises for troubleshooting and upgrades.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong networking skills, Windows/Apple device support, and hands-on experience with Intune and remote monitoring tools. A proactive, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong networking background.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple devices.
• Practical experience with Intune and remote monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support as the first point of technical contact.
• Resolve hardware, software and network-related incidents.
• Attend client premises for troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance.
• Process and manage support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress and resolutions.
• Escalate urgent matters when necessary.
• Monitor customer systems and infrastructure health.
• Maintain technical records and documentation.
• Assist with planned projects and deployments.
• Respond to high-priority support requests.
