Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant IT support experience.
- Experience with Windows and Apple devices.
- Strong customer-facing communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide first point of technical contact and excellent customer support.
- Resolve hardware, software and network incidents accurately.
- Attend client premises for troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance.
- Process and manage support tickets within agreed service levels.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and resolutions.
- Escalate urgent matters when necessary.
- Monitor customer systems and infrastructure health.
- Maintain technical records and documentation.
- Assist with planned projects and deployments.
- Respond to high-priority support requests.
