Job summary
Emplyfy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client portfolio within a fast-moving MSP.
You will deliver frontline technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and visit client sites for upgrades and maintenance. The role requires strong communication skills and experience with Windows and Apple devices, Intune, and GDPR/Cyber Essentials compliance.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
- Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
- Windows Server security and policy administration.
- Strong networking background.
- Experience supporting both Windows and Apple devices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-point technical support to clients.
- Resolve hardware, software and network incidents.
- Attend client premises for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Process and manage support tickets within SLAs.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and resolutions.
- Escalate urgent matters when necessary.
- Monitor customer systems and infrastructure health.
- Maintain technical records and documentation.
- Assist with planned projects and deployments.
- Respond to high-priority support requests.
