Job summary

Cyber Security training courses in Lincoln is seeking a Senior IT Technician to join a small IT team. You’ll provide hands-on support and help broaden technical experience across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, SharePoint and Teams.

Based in Lincoln with one remote day per week, the role offers hybrid working, a £39,600 salary, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, dental cover and a matched pension. You’ll work on cybersecurity projects toward ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Keen to expand into security, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for ~80 users.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Azure, SharePoint, Teams) and user accounts.
• Onboard/offboard colleagues and deploy devices.
• Provide network support and broader cybersecurity exposure.
• Contribute to ISO 27001 project work with the cybersecurity focus.
