Job summary

inTEC is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist for Reigate, operating on a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). You will be the technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, networking and security environments, guiding the service desk and supporting robust, secure customer environments.

With 5+ years in IT support, advanced Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, and strong networking skills, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to service

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
• Experience supporting complex infrastructure, cloud, networking and security environments.
• Strong customer service and communication, including interactions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the highest technical escalation point for service desk incidents.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Windows Server environments.
• Support networking, firewalls, VPNs and security solutions.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent reoccurrence.
• Work closely with customers to resolve critical incidents while ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and aligned with best practices.
• Create technical documentation and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
• Provide recommendations for improvements to clients’ IT systems and workflows
• Alongside the Account Management team help, design and deliver solutions alongside the professional services team
