Job summary

Intouch Tech is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support and secure customer environments across Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud services and endpoint management. You will work across admin portals, manage security settings, and help maintain compliance.

You will apply strong Microsoft 365 administration, patching, and cyber security skills while liaising with clients and vendors. The role is office-based in Aldershot with occasional flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Senior IT support or MSP experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Ability to manage Microsoft 365 tenants, users, licences, mailboxes and security settings.
• Kaseya experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level IT support across Microsoft 365, Windows, devices, networks and cloud services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, users, licences, mailboxes, security settings and access controls.
• Work across Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, SharePoint Admin Center and Entra ID.
• Support password resets, MFA, conditional access and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Windows issues.
• Assist with customer onboarding and documentation tasks.
• Support endpoint security, device management, patching and monitoring processes.
• Escalate and resolve tickets professionally and timely.
• Liaise with third-party vendors as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers and set realistic expectations.
• Support internal process improvement and technical standards.
