Job summary

Guild Care is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Technician to deliver, support and continually improve IT services across Worthing sites. This onsite role requires a driver with access to a car and is not remote.

You will lead complex incidents, provide technical mentoring, and support IT projects across a diverse technology estate including Microsoft 365, infrastructure, networking and cyber security.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a senior IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networks, servers, Microsoft 365, telephony and end-user devices.
• Car driver with access to a car.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex incidents, problems and service requests.
• Support the delivery, reliability and security of Guild Care's IT infrastructure and business systems.
• Provide mentoring and support to colleagues within the IT team.
• Support planning, implementation and delivery of IT projects, upgrades and migrations.
• Maintain and improve Microsoft 365, networking, server, endpoint and telephony platforms.
• Support IT security controls, investigations and incident response activities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures and standards.
• Deliver training and guidance to colleagues across the organisation.
