You will deliver hands-on support across Windows and Linux, ensuring a professional, efficient and customer-focused service that keeps the business running smoothly.

You will work four days in the Worthing office with Fridays from home, collaborate with the wider IT team, drive improvements, share knowledge, and help

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a technical IT position.
• 1st/2nd line technical background.
• Service oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Expert knowledge of Windows OS, Linux and the way in which applications interact.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for technical incidents and service requests for SmartestEnergy Business colleagues.
• Deliver hands-on IT support across a wide range of technologies, ensuring professional, efficient and customer-focused service.
• Collaborate with IT team to drive continuous improvement, documentation and knowledge sharing, and uphold information security practices.
• Help maintain a reliable and secure IT environment.
