Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in MSP, IT support or infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience across multiple client environments and Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Proven independent problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex technical issues escalated from junior engineers.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve challenging problems.
• Design, maintain and document client network infrastructure.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Azure across several tenants.
• Provide client-facing technical consultancy and advisory support.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, performance and security.
• Mentor and support junior engineers with knowledge sharing.
• Maintain high standards of technical documentation and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation after probation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar MSP, IT support, or infrastructure environment
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
• Demonstrable experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience working across multiple client environments and Microsoft 365 tenants
• Proven track record of independent problem-solving
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients
• Ability to mentor and support less experienced engineers
• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Formal qualifications and certifications are not essential, but hands-on technical experience and practical knowledge are highly valued
