Job summary

Claranet in Leeds seeks a Senior Workplace Engineer to implement and support Microsoft 365-based solutions and integrate third-party applications to meet client needs, focusing on security, productivity, and collaboration.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translate business requirements into technical deployments, document solutions, and drive scalable, repeatable delivery using best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions and services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement standardised Microsoft 365 and related 3rd party solutions that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on how to leverage Microsoft 365 and related technologies to meet those requirements
• Perform customer solution implementations in conjunction with internal technical teams, external suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed
• Develop a strong working relationship with other technical practices to drive best practices, capability, and opportunity
• Support in the development and implementation of processes and technologies related to Microsoft 365 deployments with a focus on "Automate First"
• Create and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 solutions and infrastructure, including integration points with 3rd party applications
• Provide timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure services to internal and external customers
• Identify opportunities to modernise existing customer environments
• Serve as an escalation point for Microsoft 365 deployments as required
