Job summary

TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Banbury-based team. The role delivers day‑to‑day IT support, administering Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services, and developing SharePoint/Power Platform solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, manage incidents end-to-end, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational policies and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Essential IT degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT support experience.
• Advanced qualification in Microsoft 365 administration and/or development.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and services across the organisation, meeting SLAs and targets.
• Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, Power Platform, Entra ID).
• Design, develop and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Execute incidents, requests, and changes with clear communication and escalation as needed.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support and own incidents through to resolution.
