Job summary

TGR Haas F1 Team, based in Banbury, UK, is seeking an IT Service Delivery professional to support day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of service.

You will administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform, design small-scale solutions, and provide 2nd/3rd line support to our global user base.

This role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to security and governance policies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT services with SLAs and incident management.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and modern workplace tools.
• Ability to design and deploy low-code automation using Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-quality IT services across the organisation.
• Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services.
• Design and develop SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to improve efficiency.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to our global user base.
• Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Assist with asset, license management and onboarding activities.
