Job summary

HLK is seeking an organised IT Support Engineer to join the IT Services Team in the UK. You will provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 and our in-house systems, helping colleagues resolve issues and maintain productivity.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in general IT support and two years in 2nd line support, with strong AD, Windows 11/365 skills, a customer-focused approach, and willingness to adopt automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Active Directory administration experience.
• Windows 11 / Microsoft 365 user support experience.
• Laptop hardware maintenance experience.
• Experience using a ticket-based helpdesk system.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer-focused communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage helpdesk queues to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide hardware support for laptops, docks, and monitors.
• Support corporate iPhone users and access to company resources on personal devices.
• Assist with network connectivity issues and AD/Azure AD management.
• Provide IT induction for new users and manage Exchange Online/Teams groups.
