Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support across the business. The role covers hardware, software, and network issues, with emphasis on Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 BC. Occasional international travel may be required to support group companies.

You will manage devices, maintain network infrastructure, and assist with IT project delivery while coordinating with external vendors and service providers.

Qualifications

• Strong IT support experience across PC, software and network issues.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for onsite and remote users.
• Set up and maintain end-user devices and network connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions and security.
• Support business applications including Dynamics 365 BC with finance teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support partners; travel internationally as needed.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and documentation.
